TENDER DESCRIPTION

Once the shell construction work for the basement and the two staircases has been completed, the construction project of car park P2 will be handed over. The Systemparkhaus is built on an already completed basement and between two reinforced-concrete staircases. The structural shell will be adjusted, after awarding the Systemparkhaus service, to the car park system. The dimensions will not change as a result. The present performance specification covers the following services for car park P2: Creation of a functional, barrier-free split-level car park on a floor area of approx. 1,850 m2 in steel frame construction (open large car park) with 12 parking levels and at least 350 car parking spaces (12 barrier-free parking spaces). Including extensive roof greening, taking into account the concrete precast façade to be mounted on site onto the steel structure and the façade greening in planter boxes at the height of the ceilings above level 00/01 and the parapet.
