As part of the basic refurbishment of the Cologne Administrative and Finance Court, the facilities for sanitary, heating and room air technology are renewed or adapted in several construction phases. The services include in particular the renewal of the drinking water and drainage systems, adaptations to the heating systems as well as work on the room air technology systems, including the associated insulation and fire protection works.
