TENDER DESCRIPTION
As part of the basic refurbishment of the Cologne Administrative and Finance Court, the sanitary, heating and air-conditioning engineering installations will be renewed or adapted in several construction phases. The services in particular include renewal of the potable water and drainage systems, adaptations to the heating installations as well as work on the air-conditioning installations including the associated insulation and fire protection works.
