TENDER DESCRIPTION
Since 2010, comprehensive infrastructure measures have been carried out at the Air Force Barracks Cologne-Wahn (160 ha), including the renovation and new construction of wastewater systems and the renovation of roads, paths, and squares. Therefore, the existing plan of the LISA database is no longer up to date and must be updated. The recorded surveying data must be incorporated into the LISA database in cooperation with the LISA control center. The construction-specific surveying guidelines (BFR Surveying) in their currently valid version must be applied during the surveying. The BFR Surveying, which is available on the internet, defines requirements for the results of surveying services on federal properties. The above-ground inventory as well as the sewer inventory must be recorded for the contribution to a sewer database, which is being established in parallel.
