TENDER DESCRIPTION

Since 2010, extensive infrastructure measures have been carried out at the Cologne-Wahn Air Force Barracks (160 ha), including the renovation and new construction of sewage systems and the renovation of roads, paths, and squares. Therefore, the existing plan in the LISA database is no longer up to date and must be updated. The recorded surveying data must be integrated into the LISA database in cooperation with the LISA control center. The Construction Technical Guidelines for Surveying (BFR Verm) in the currently valid version must be applied during the surveying. The BFR Verm, which are available on the internet, define requirements for the results of surveying technical services on federal properties. The above-ground inventory as well as the sewage system inventory must be recorded to support a sewage system database, which is being set up in parallel.
