TENDER DESCRIPTION
The clinical laboratory of VITAZ vzw wishes, through this public procurement, to renew the current blood gas equipment located on the different campuses, with the aim of ensuring rapid and accurate blood gas analyses. The subject of this contract includes the blood gas analyses consisting of the use of the equipment (including delivery, installation, IT-related programming, commissioning with all required reagents and consumables, all-inclusive "all-in" service, maintenance, and quality control materials during the period the equipment is in use by the contracting authority) and the supply of consumables based on a framework agreement with an initial duration of 4 years, extendable twice, each time for a period of 2 years. Regarding the application of the analyses, the laboratory aims for a compact cassette system with reagents. Regarding the central management of all devices from the clinical laboratory (remote operation including monitoring device status), the required middleware and IT connections (bidirectional LIS connection (the LIS in Vitaz is GLIMS (clinisys)) and its implementation are also part of the contract.
