Information on the construction project - General description: To remedy defects in the ventilation systems of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs in Berlin, the BBR is seeking a suitable engineering firm with a focus in building services engineering (M-technology). The planning services to be awarded in the area of technical equipment include the technical systems group ventilation, to a small extent the heating and sanitary areas, as well as building automation with a small share of electrical engineering. The construction measure involves a high-quality office and/or administrative building that is in use, with high technical equipment and safety-related requirements. The building complex consists of several building parts and is partly subject to protection as a listed monument. Planning and execution will take place during ongoing operations, with possible interruptions.
