Information on the construction project - General description: To remedy defects in the ventilation systems of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs in Berlin, BBR is seeking a suitable engineering firm with a focus in building services engineering (M-technology). The planning services to be awarded in the field of technical equipment include the building services group ventilation, in small amounts the heating and sanitary areas and building automation with a small proportion of electrical engineering. The construction measure concerns an office and/or administration building currently in use, of high architectural quality, with high technical equipment and safety and security requirements. The building complex consists of several building parts and is partly subject to listed-heritage protection. The planning and execution will take place during ongoing operations, although interruptions may occur.
