VE 321.01 – Roof waterproofing works (DIN 18336) An extension building of the BMUKN is being erected on the Stresemannstraße / Erna-Berger-Straße property in Berlin-Mitte. The building is divided into two 7-storey building parts A and B, which are connected by a multi-storey bridge. 1. Type and Scope of Services Roof waterproofing works The roof waterproofing works are distributed over the following different floor levels approx. 6500 m2 roof structures of the retention roof above the 6th upper floor with elevator and stairwell heads approx. 41 m2 roof structures bridge north above the 2nd upper floor approx. 850 m2 roof structures of the retention roofs above the ground floor approx. 360 m2 roof structures meeting hall roof above the ground floor approx. 63 m2 roof structures north canopy above the ground floor approx. 140 m2 roof structures courtyard above the basement approx. 135 m2 roof structures forecourt above the basement / underground car park usually each consisting of vapor barrier, thermal insulation and waterproofing layers (2-layer).
