VE 321.01 – Roof waterproofing works (DIN 18336) On the property Stresemannstraße / Erna-Berger-Straße in Berlin-Mitte, an extension building of the BMUKN is being constructed. The building is divided into two 7-storey components A and B, which are connected by a multi-storey bridge. 1. Type and scope of the service Roof waterproofing works The roof waterproofing works are distributed over the following different floor levels: approx. 6500 m² of roof structures of the retention roof above the 6th floor with elevator and stairwell heads approx. 41 m² roof structures of the north bridge above the 2nd floor approx. 850 m² roof structures of the retention roofs above the ground floor approx. 360 m² roof structures of the meeting room roof above the ground floor approx. 63 m² roof structures of the north canopy above the ground floor approx. 140 m² roof structures of the courtyard above the basement approx. 135 m² roof structures of the forecourt above the basement/underground car park Each generally consisting of vapor barriers, thermal insulation and the waterproofing layers (2-layer).
