Short description Service KG480 Stresemannstraße 128-130, 10117 Berlin, Extension building of the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety in Berlin, 7-storey + underground car park, two building parts A+B The measure includes the following services: • Installation of management and control equipment including operating stations • Installation of 26 automation centers for system automation and 41 automation centers for room automation • Cable pulling as well as creation of cable routes using mounting systems Maintenance services are part of the tender – Duration: 4 Execution deadlines Start no later than 12 working days after receipt of the letter of award. End 30.11.2029 Note - BNB certification A BNB Gold certification is targeted for the building as well as a BNB Silver certification for the outdoor facilities. The contractor is required to cooperate in the successful certification.
