1. Details of the construction measure - General description: The Federal Ministry for Digital and Transport (BMDV) is located at Invalidenstraße 44 in 10115 Berlin and has its headquarters in a long-established listed building and in an extension building of approximately the same size. On this property there are four interconnected building components: component A, B, C and D. All building components are basements. Components A and B are under monument protection. The refrigeration system and the ventilation systems for the entire property were built in 1998 and no longer comply with the state of the art.
