TENDER DESCRIPTION
The City of Seelze intends to carry out comprehensive modernization, refurbishment and structural optimization of the north wing of the Rainbow School. This step already represents the fourth construction phase of the overall project, after the extension of a canteen has been implemented, an interim building for the temporary accommodation of the affected classes has been erected, and the south wing has been refurbished. The services to be provided as part of the tender “Floor covering works, 4th construction phase (BA)” essentially include the laying of rubber flooring, carpet flooring and prefabricated screed.
