Scope of services: 400 m2 protective floor covering, covering fleece, breathable 300 m2 substrate preparation, cleaning 375 m2 priming of floor surface 375 m2 floor screeding/levelling, 3 mm 190 m2 linoleum, sheet flooring, 3.5 mm, cl. 33, 19 dB (enhanced sound insulation), R9 185 m2 linoleum, sheet flooring, 2.5 mm, cl. 34, 5 dB, R9 340 m skirting board, oak, 15x120 mm Handover documentation # Several principal tenders are permitted, whereby each principal tender must be awardable on its own. All principal tenders that are not awardable on their own are excluded from the procurement procedure. The award criterion for the evaluation of the principal and, if applicable, ancillary tenders is the price. The price is determined from the evaluated total amount of the tender. The evaluated total amounts are determined from the recalculated tender amounts, in particular taking into account discounts, reimbursement amount from the wage escalation clause, and maintenance offers.
