TENDER DESCRIPTION
Floor covering works are being tendered for at Charlottenburger Chaussee 67,75. In general, the installation of linoleum floors is carried out on screed floors (with heat and/or impact sound insulation) on double or hollow-core floors, with or without a waterproofing membrane provided on site, on existing concrete floors, as well as in the modular buildings on 2-layer OSB boards provided on site with insulation and dry screed. The scope of services includes: priming + levelling compound and linoleum work of approx. 1,155 m², wooden skirting strips of approx. 900 m, rubber granulate flooring of approx. 482 m², wall rubber granulate with UK + insulation of approx. 50 m², clean-entry mats with system trays, etc. Floor covering works are being tendered for at Charlottenburger Chaussee 67,75.
