SBH | Schulbau Hamburg has, as a state-owned enterprise of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as SBH), the task of planning, constructing, maintaining and operating school properties in accordance with economic principles, taking school-related considerations into account, and of leasing more than 400 schools to the authority for schools and vocational training (BSB). --------------- The school building is to be renovated and expanded for a future 7-stream (7-form entry) configuration. The objective of the renovation is to achieve building condition class 2 while taking account of heritage protection (preservation of substance) and the requirements of inclusion. During construction, school operations will be relocated to Telemannstr. The school management/administration will remain in the extension during the construction phase.
