SBH | Schulbau Hamburg, as a state-owned enterprise of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as SBH), is tasked with planning, constructing, maintaining and operating the school properties in accordance with sound business principles while taking educational needs into account, and with leasing more than 400 schools to the authority for schools and vocational training (Behörde für Schule und Berufsbildung (BSB)). --------------- The school building is to be renovated and expanded for a future 7-forms-of-entry (7-stream) configuration. The aim of the renovation is to achieve building condition class 2, taking into account heritage protection (preservation of substance) and the requirements of inclusion. During the construction period, school operations are relocated to the Telemannstr. site. The school management / administration remains in the extension during the construction works (BM).
