Huddinge Samhällsfastigheter AB is procuring a booking system for Flottsbro’s operations. The solution shall support booking accommodation, activities, tickets and travel passes, as well as rental equipment, including associated payment, administration and follow-up. The procurement includes systems as a service (SaaS), implementation, integrations, migration, training, as well as operation, support and maintenance. The solution may consist of multiple interoperating systems with a single supplier responsibility. The procurement is carried out in two stages through a negotiated procedure with prior publication. This notice concerns an application to participate. All qualified applicants are then invited to submit tenders. The contracting authority reserves the right to award a contract on the basis of the initial tenders without negotiation.
