TENDER DESCRIPTION

Design-build contract for the renovation of the college and the creation of an extension to increase its capacity to 950 places. The present contract is a “mixed” contract with mixed pricing and performance as follows: - in the form of an ordinary contract for the portion of the services indicated in the DPGF (lump-sum portion); - in the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders (unit prices) for the portion of the services indicated in the BPU, of a one-off nature or not foreseeable in their volume, related to the discovery of asbestos not listed in the reports provided with the consultation documents. The unit-price portion does not include a minimum amount, but includes a maximum amount of 200,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax (HT) over the total duration of the contract.
