TENDER DESCRIPTION

Design-build contract for the renovation of the school and the creation of an extension allowing its capacity to be increased to 950 places. This contract is “composite” with mixed-price performance, with the execution carried out: - in the form of an ordinary public contract for the portion of services indicated in the DPGF (lump-sum portion); - in the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders (unit prices) for the portion of services indicated in the BPU, of a one-off nature or not foreseeable in terms of their volume, linked to the discovery of asbestos not listed in the assessment reports provided in the consultation file. The unit-price portion does not include a minimum amount but includes a maximum amount of EUR 200,000.00 net of tax (HT) over the entire duration of the contract.
