TENDER DESCRIPTION

The service to be provided includes the continuous outfitting of both material recovery facilities with ASP containers and tension ring drums, including labeling and the free provision of absorbent materials. The transport of the filled containers takes place, based on the principle of “full for empty,” generally weekly and includes the contractor’s own-responsibility loading, unloading of the empty containers, and the final re-sorting of chemicals. Invoicing is carried out on the basis of monthly fixed prices per tonne of pure waste weight using calibrated scales of bonnorange AöR. The core contractual requirements include, in addition to being a certified waste disposal specialist company (or equivalent evidence in accordance with EfbV), strict documentation and reporting obligations (monthly whereabouts reports, annual detailed recovery reports/balances), as well as tolerating and cooperating with waste disposer audits during the year by the contracting authority.
