TENDER DESCRIPTION

The service to be provided includes the continuous equipping of both material recovery facilities with ASP containers and tension-ring containers, including labelling and free provision of absorbent materials. The transport away of the filled containers is carried out according to the principle of “full for empty” generally on a weekly basis and includes the contractor’s own responsibility for loading, unloading the empty containers and the final re-sorting of chemicals. Billing is based on monthly fixed prices per tonne of pure waste weight using calibrated scales of bonnorange AöR. The core contractual requirements include, in addition to the status as a certified waste management specialist company (or equivalent evidence in accordance with EfbV), strict documentation and reporting obligations (monthly status notifications of whereabouts, annual detailed recovery balance sheets) as well as granting permission and cooperation with disposal contractor audits by the contracting authority during the contract year.
