Construction, Installation and Dismantling of the Bord Bia Exhibition Stand at Alles für den Gast 2026

TENDER DESCRIPTION

Appointment of an experienced exhibition stand contractor to manufacture, transport, install, maintain and dismantle a pre-designed 42 m² exhibition stand for Bord Bia’s EU Organic Beef & Lamb – Pasture Raised in Ireland campaign at Alles für den Gast 2026, taking place from 7 to 10 November 2026 at Messezentrum Salzburg, Austria. The scope includes technical development of the approved design, verification of dimensions, stand construction, graphics production and installation, flooring, lightboxes, overhead banners, lighting, rigging, electrical and plumbing services, furniture, AV equipment, refrigeration, food demonstration facilities, venue coordination, on-site support and dismantling. The contractor must comply with the supplied drawings and technical specifications, Austrian legislation, venue regulations and all applicable health and safety requirements. Atlas Marketing Studio, as Bord Bia’s implementing body and appointed agency for the EU-funded programme, will manage and supervise the tender process and coordinate contract delivery on behalf of Bord Bia.
