TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Vaxholm (the City) invites interested companies to submit tenders regarding "Operations of housing with special services in accordance with 9 § 9p LSS and daily activities in accordance with 9 § 10 p. LSS." The procurement is advertised in accordance with Chapter 19. Contract notices for procurements below the threshold values and contract notices for service procurements according to Appendix 2, LOU. The City may negotiate with one or more tenderers that have the ability to win and enter into agreements with the City. The procurement concerns a service agreement for the following needs: Housing with special services for adults, including group housing and service housing, as well as daily activities and health and medical care in the relevant operations. The group home is located on Ullbergsväg and the service home on Fredrikstrandsvägen. The daily activities are carried out in two premises, on Torggatan and Ullbergsväg. Today, a contractor, on behalf of the City, runs a group home with capacity for six (6) persons receiving support, a service home for eleven (11) persons receiving support, and daily activities for fifteen (15) persons receiving support.
