The municipality of Eindhoven is seeking a Contractor who, in a design-and-build team arrangement, will safely, competently and in a timely manner relocate the existing main sewer in PSV Avenue and make the project area ready for construction for the expansion of Philips Stadium. The purpose of the project is to arrive at a feasible design and delivery of the main sewer relocation that is safe and financially viable, ensuring that environmental safety, accessibility and operational continuity of Philips Stadium on and around match days are guaranteed. Reference is made to the Tender Guidelines.
