TENDER DESCRIPTION

For Lot 1, the construction works mainly focus on the new build of sports hall 2, including the demolition works required for this. For sports hall 1, the swimming pool and the clubhouse, the works consist of renovation. The goal is to enable the facilities after the redevelopment to be used again in a sustainable, safe, functional manner suitable for long-term use. In addition to carrying out the construction works, the contractor within the construction team fulfills a coordinating role. The contractor is responsible for the alignment and coordination between the works for Lot 1 and Lot 2, so that the construction and installation/technical works can be prepared and carried out in an integrated and efficient manner. Among other things, attention is paid to planning, phasing, points of interaction between the various works, and aligning the works with the continuity of the complex. The desired situation is a modernised and future-proof sports complex in which the redeveloped construction components connect to the existing facilities and the technical building services.
