TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the supply, delivery on site, placement, and installation of brand-new furniture for students’ dormitory rooms in Dziwnów. The furniture will be provided as equipment for 20 dormitory rooms (two- and three-room apartments) in a newly built residential building in Dziwnów, plot no. 792, cadastral district 02 Dziwnów. Four units are located on the ground floor, five units on the first floor, six units on the second floor, and five units on the third floor. The Contractor is required to calculate in the tender price all costs related to the performance of the contract, including: •purchase of furniture, •transport to the specified location, •carrying into the rooms (in the building it may not be possible to use the lift), •installation, screwing together, and placing the furniture in the locations indicated by the Contracting Authority, •levelling the furniture, •delivery of all installation components (screws, wall plugs, washers, strips, etc.), •tidying up the rooms after installation, •removal and disposal of packaging.
