TENDER DESCRIPTION

On the property Leipziger Straße 2 in Berlin-Mitte, an extension to the Federal Council with a visitor center is being constructed. The building is divided into a 5-storey head building and an L-shaped, 6-storey administration wing. 1. Type and scope of the service - approx. 12 data cabinets 42HE - approx. 11,000 m data cables Cu - approx. 3,300 m LWL cables - approx. 2,500 m audio cables - approx. 6,000 m power supply cables - approx. 220 connection boxes for media technology - 3 connection boxes for broadcasting stations - 1 LED large-format video wall approx. 3.6 x 2 m 2. Note on BNB certification For the project, BNB certification in silver is targeted. The contractor shall participate in the successful certification. The contractor shall, for this purpose, observe the corresponding requirements regarding low waste generation, low noise and dust levels as well as the requirements in accordance with the Federal Soil Protection and Contaminated Sites Ordinance during the construction process.
