TENDER DESCRIPTION

An extension to the Federal Council with a visitor centre is to be built on the property Leipziger Straße 2 in Berlin-Mitte. The building is divided into a 5-storey head building and an L-shaped, 6-storey administration wing. 1. Type and scope of the service - approx. 12 data racks 42HU - approx. 11,000 m data cabling Cu - approx. 3,300 m fiber-optic cable (LWL) runs - approx. 2,500 m audio cabling - approx. 6,000 m power supply cable runs - approx. 220 media technology connection boxes - 3 connection boxes for broadcasting stations - 1 LED large-format display screen approx. 3.6 x 2 m 2. Note on BNB certification For the project, BNB certification in Silver is targeted. The contractor has to cooperate in the successful certification. The contractor shall, for this purpose, observe the corresponding requirements regarding low waste generation, low noise levels, low dust generation, as well as the requirements pursuant to the Federal Soil Protection and Contaminated Sites Ordinance during the construction execution.
