TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this procedure is the award of structural engineering planning in accordance with § 49 et seq. HOAI for the fire protection and safety enhancement of the BSZ hall and kitchen of Julius Weisbach in Freiberg and the associated special services. The assignment is carried out in stages according to the individual service phases. After completion of the procurement procedure, it is initially planned to commission service phases LP 2 to 3 and the associated special services. There is no legal entitlement to the transfer of all the planned service phases, nor is there any legal entitlement to further commissioning after the provision of initial service phases. The contractor must perform its services in such a way that the following dates can be met: Construction start: December 2027; Completion date: 31.12.2028; Start of the commissioning phase: 01.12.2028; Handover date to users: 31.12.2028.
