TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this procedure is the award of structural engineering planning in accordance with § 49 et seq. HOAI for the fire protection and safety-related upgrade of the hall and kitchen of the BSZ Julius Weisbach in Freiberg, including the related special services. The assignment will be carried out in stages according to the individual service phases. After completion of the award procedure, it is planned first to commission service phases 2 to 3 as well as the related special services. There is no legal entitlement to the transfer of all the planned service phases, nor any legal entitlement to the further assignment after the provision of initial service phases. The contractor shall provide its services in such a way that the following dates can be met: Construction start: December 2027; Completion date: 31.12.2028; Start of the commissioning phase: 01.12.2028; Handover date to users: 31.12.2028.
