TENDER DESCRIPTION

For the planning and implementation of the new construction of the BMX hall Mellowpark in Berlin, specialist planning services are required to define the building and use-specific fire protection requirements in accordance with the services for fire protection, AHO publications, Series No. 17, as of December 2022, as well as the optional services described in more detail in the specific service obligations. The contract is awarded in performance stages. There is no legal right to the award of further performance stages. The contractor is obliged to provide the services for the further performance stages if the contracting authority assigns them to the contractor. The information in Section 3 of the fire protection contract Brandschutz IV 421.H F of the A-Bau applies.
