TENDER DESCRIPTION

The building complex, constructed in 1965 at Kanalstr. 69 (Parcel No. 19855, Weingarten Baden), consists of two parts: The Walzbachhalle, a multipurpose hall with a stage for sporting and cultural events with up to 684 people, and the Walzbachbad, a swimming hall with a sauna area as well as an outdoor pool with an external basin. The multipurpose hall and swimming pool are used both for public and school purposes. On the northwest side facing Kanalstraße, the building complex is accessed at ground level, between the multipurpose hall and the swimming pool, through a main entrance and the shared foyer. From the foyer, one can reach the main corridor on the ground floor and the basement via an open staircase that is half a level apart. The main corridor on the ground floor forms the separation between the assembly venue and the swimming pool. Visitors access the swimming pool changing rooms on the ground floor and the sauna in the basement via a second staircase with a preceding turnstile system in the foyer.
