TENDER DESCRIPTION

The building complex at Kanalstr. 69 (parcel no. 19855, Weingarten Baden), built in 1965, consists of two sections: The Walzbachhalle, a multipurpose hall with a stage for sporting and cultural events with up to 684 people, and the Walzbachbad, a swimming hall with a sauna area as well as an outdoor pool with an exterior basin. Both the multipurpose hall and the swimming pool are used for public as well as school purposes. On the northwest side at Kanalstraße, the building complex is accessed at ground level between the multipurpose hall and the swimming pool via a main entrance and the shared foyer. From the foyer, a half-story offset open staircase leads to the main corridor on the ground floor and the basement. The main corridor separates the assembly space from the swimming pool on the ground floor. Visitors reach the swimming pool changing rooms on the ground floor and the sauna in the basement via a second staircase with a preceding turnstile system in the foyer.
