The contract has a total duration of 24 months, commencing from the date of its signing and posting to the Central Electronic Public Procurement Registry (ΚΗΜΔΗΣ). There is a possibility of extending the contract until the completion of the "BREATH" project's physical object, which may include any corresponding project extension approved by the Interreg VI-A Greece-Italy 2021-2027 program's Monitoring Committee, without increasing the contract's financial scope.

• D3.1 CURRENT SITUATION ANALYSIS OF THE PROJECT'S INTERVENTION AREA:
• Identification of natural hazards: 4 months.
• Identification of impacts focusing on coastal flooding and erosion: 8 months.
• Vulnerability Assessment Report and geospatial plan development: 12 months.
• Identification of exposed elements: 15 months.
• Risk Assessment Report and prioritization plans: 18 months.
• D3.2 BEST PRACTICES:
• Report on best practices in civil protection management for floods, fires, and coastal risks: 20 months.
• D3.3 CROSS-BORDER STRATEGIES AND PLANS IN THE PROJECT'S INTERVENTION AREA:
• Report on civil protection strategies and plans for fires, floods, and tsunamis in the partner's intervention area: 22 months.
• D4.3 SPECIALIZED SYSTEMS:
• Development of a Cross-Border Data Management Platform for collecting data from monitoring equipment: 24 months.

The core scope of work for this tender involves providing services for the implementation of the sub-project titled "Current Situation Analysis - Best Practices – Cross-Border Strategies and Plans – Specialized Systems for the Intervention Area of the BREATH project (Building Cross-border resilience and prevention against Natural and Environmental Hazards)". The intervention area is specifically the margins of the Patraikos Gulf and the Messolonghi lagoon, encompassing the southern coasts of Aetolia-Acarnania, the northern coasts of Achaia, and the plain area of I.P. of Messolonghi.

The core deliverables include:

• D3.1 Current Situation Analysis of the Project's Intervention Area: This requires technical reports on the vulnerability and risk of the partner's intervention area against natural hazards such as waves, tsunamis, sea storms, floods, and soil liquefaction. Specific tasks within this deliverable include:
• Identification of natural hazards.
• Identification of impacts, with a focus on coastal flooding and erosion.
• Development of a vulnerability assessment report and geospatial plans.
• Identification of exposed elements.
• Creation of a risk assessment report and prioritization plans.
• D3.2 Best Practices: This entails a report detailing best practices for civil protection management concerning floods, fires, and coastal hazards.
• D3.3 Cross-Border Strategies and Plans in the Project's Intervention Area: This deliverable involves a report outlining civil protection strategies and plans for the partner's intervention area, addressing fires, floods, and tsunamis.
• D4.3 Specialized Systems: This covers the development of a Cross-Border Data Management Platform designed for collecting data from monitoring equipment. This platform will function as a digital repository connected to an online management and visualization system for data related to various natural hazard parameters, with provisions for integration with the Decision Support System of sub-deliverable D3.4.1 of the "BREATH" project.
