TENDER DESCRIPTION

The municipal broadband expansion service of the Celle district intends to award planning services for the subsidized gigabit expansion in previously underserved grey area locations. The subject is the planning of a passive FTTB network infrastructure for 3,579 addresses, including 3,257 residential buildings and 322 commercially used properties. The services are to be provided in accordance with § 43 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 12 No. 12.2 (Civil Engineering Structures/Telecommunications Facilities) through service phases 1 to 9. They specifically include basic evaluation, design, approval and execution planning, preparation for awarding contracts and participation in the awarding process, site supervision and monitoring as well as funding-related cooperation. The award will be conducted by negotiated procedure with a prior selection stage according to VgV. Applications to participate must include at least one suitable reference for comparable planning services as well as the required self-declarations.
