TENDER DESCRIPTION

The town of Schrozberg has decided, with the help of the “Zweckband Breitband Landkreis Schwäbisch Hall”, to have a fibre-optic network infrastructure built in order to provide comprehensive broadband coverage to citizens in the underserved areas of the project area and to lease it to a telecommunications company (operator). The technical concept provides for an FTTB network infrastructure, which is intended to ensure 100% coverage of all households and businesses in the expansion area. For this purpose, excavations and the laying of pipe materials using open construction methods in trenches, trenchless pipe-laying works, as well as the installation of passive infrastructure, placing of manholes, cable cabinets, pulling-in and installation of LWL cables, are necessary.
