TENDER DESCRIPTION

Mail delivery of unfranked mail for federal authorities and other federal bodies. The service essentially includes: Daily (as a rule Mon–Fri) collection, transport and delivery of: - letters - registered evidence-required items (registered mail) - mail delivery instructions These letter mail items must be sent to the recipients nationwide in Germany and within the European Union and worldwide. The estimated total demand quantity for all types and forms of items is approx. 166,200 letter mail items per year. A total of 10 authorities or offices are to be served under this lot.
