TENDER DESCRIPTION

Lot 1: Mailing of frankless mail for Federal authorities and other institutions of the Federal Government. The service essentially includes: Daily working-day (as a rule Mon-Fri) collection, transport and delivery of: - letters - registered, evidence-of-delivery-required shipments (registered mail) - postal delivery orders These letter shipments are to be sent to recipients throughout Germany and within the European Union and worldwide. The estimated total demand quantity of all shipment types and forms is approx. 6.24 million letter shipments per year. 29 authorities or offices are to be served in this lot.
