TENDER DESCRIPTION

SBH | Schulbau Hamburg, as a state-owned enterprise of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as SBH), has the task of planning, building, maintaining and operating the school properties in accordance with economical principles, taking school-related requirements into account, and of leasing more than 400 schools to the Authority for Schools and Vocational Training (BSB). --------------- As part of the site expansion of the Carl-Götze-Schule, an extension is planned: a two-court sports hall with a daycare center (Kita). The GFA of the building is approximately 2,216 m². The sports hall is designed in accordance with DIN standards and is therefore suitable for competitions. A small gallery for spectators is arranged above the ancillary rooms. The western part of the building includes extension areas for the adjacent Kita on two storeys. The existing trees are characteristic for the school site. Delivery and construction site address are via Brödermannsweg 2 in the area of the sports hall or the fire service access, thus the southern part of the school site.
