TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity with an estimated volume (base contract) of 7 651.67 MWh. The data are indicative. 2. The number of metering systems settling the consumed electricity: 655 units. 3. The metering systems are adapted to the procedure for changing the supplier. 4. A detailed description of the points of supply (PPE) has been provided by the Contracting Authority in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ. 5. Deliveries will be carried out in the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027; details regarding delivery dates for the individual points of supply are described in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ, column “Okres dostaw” (“Delivery period”). 6. Currently applicable contracts for the supply of electricity will expire or be terminated with effect on the day preceding the planned start date of deliveries (column “Okres dostaw” (“Delivery period”)). The obligation to terminate the contracts lies with the Contracting Authorities (recipients). 7.
