TENDER DESCRIPTION

This tender procedure aims to conclude one (1) framework agreement with one (1) party that provides participating organisations with comprehensive support in the hiring of temporary external personnel. The successful tenderer will conclude the same agreement with each individual participating organisation. Banenplein Limburg would like to be supported by a temporary staffing recruitment desk that provides an integrated solution for all requests for temporary personnel from the contracting authority. The temporary personnel may be deployed based on secondment (outsourcing), secondment (detachment), and self-employed persons (ZZP). The initial term of the framework agreement is set at four (4) years, starting on 27 March 2027. Optionally, the participating organisation may unilaterally decide to extend the agreement for 2 times 1 year. The framework agreement has a maximum term of six years (6) and therefore ends by operation of law at the latest on 27 March 2033.
