TENDER DESCRIPTION

With this procurement, Summa wishes to conclude a framework agreement with one party who acts as a Broker for external hiring within the organization. The broker is responsible for a careful and professional manner in which hiring within Summa takes place. The assignment includes the external hiring of external professionals for education-related functions, as well as supporting and policy-related functions. The broker is responsible for implementing a streamlined, transparent, and lawful hiring process including the recruitment and selection of potential candidates, contracting, administrative handling, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The expenditures on external hiring, based on historical data, currently amount to approximately €4,500,000 per year excluding VAT. These expenditures have been fairly stable in recent years, hence the general expectation is that these annual expenditures will have a comparable magnitude during the term of the agreement.
