• June - October 2027: Initial data maintenance, evaluation, development of additional actions, and potential optimization of the booking system.
• November 1, 2027 - at least October 31, 2034: Commencement of the regular operation phase for the platform.

The Statement of Work (SOW) is broken down into several key work packages and deliverables:

• AP 1: Project Management and Steering encompasses planning and managing the overall project, coordinating technical and functional work, and ensuring regular alignment with the client. Core deliverables include an updated project schedule, documentation of decisions, and regular meetings for progress and functional review.
• AP 2: Implementation Concept & Prototype focuses on translating existing conceptual work into a usable solution, developing a prototype to test customer guidance and partner collaboration early, and considering optional expansion modules. Deliverables include the prototype itself, incorporating requirements and partner agreements, and an updated implementation concept.
• AP 3: Platform Implementation: Fleet involves integrating the inventories of participating rental partners into a shared virtual fleet to enable cross-partner bookings.
• AP 4: Platform Implementation: Inquiry and Booking establishes an end-to-end booking process for various user types (individuals, groups, mediating partners). Deliverables include functionalities for requesting offers, securing capacities, integration with existing customer accounts, and managing booking-related communications.
• AP 5: Platform Implementation: Payment and Billing aims to enable guests to pay for services from multiple partners collectively, with the platform assigning and documenting payment shares for billing via the client's Feratel system.
• AP 6: Platform Implementation: Experience Reference and Customer Loyalty seeks to enhance access to the BLOCKLINE experience and foster guest relationships beyond single bookings.
• AP 7: Platform Implementation: Data & Monitoring is responsible for providing essential information for the network's operation and development, including a dashboard for tracking bookings, utilization, and payment statuses. Deliverables involve displaying key data, enabling data filtering, recording demand, and facilitating structured data exports.
• AP 8: Introduction and Handover covers the joint platform launch with partners, including data preparation, user training, pilot testing, and ensuring the system is fully operational and documented for the client.

Ongoing Operational Services are also specified from November 2027 to October 2034, including hosting, technical maintenance (security and standard updates), and technical user support with a dedicated hour contingent.

Key general requirements for the platform include multi-language support (German and English), a map of rental locations, GDPR-compliant data processing, a minimum system availability of 99.5%, and expandability for additional partners, locations, bikes, and services.
