TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of 10 single-family residential buildings with two units each in terraced (row) development, together with technical infrastructure in Węgrów – Part 1 The subject of the investment is the construction of one complex of a single-family residential building with two units each in terraced (row) development (5 buildings), together with the necessary infrastructure. The task is carried out in accordance with documentation concerning two building complexes, but the subject of the contract relates only to one complex SZ1 together with infrastructure, including at least a water and sewage network, parking with an access road, the necessary walkways/paths, a waste-storage shed (waste bin shed), lighting, monitoring, a water and sewage connection, a power connection, etc. In the segment there will be two residential units intended to meet the needs of the municipality for social/residential substitute premises.
