TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of an Amphitheatre in Sieradz 2. The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes in particular: a) demolition of the existing amphitheatre, including: - demolition of the existing amphitheatre building together with the stage roof, - dismantling of the seating for the auditorium, - dismantling of the auditorium roof and the steel roof structure, - demolition of the support slab of the auditorium; b) construction of the amphitheatre, including: - construction of a new auditorium with seating for 1,514 people, the proscenium and stage protected from above by a common roof, - construction of facilities for artists under the stage plane, - construction of a toilet for viewers under the canopy of the auditorium, - construction of a directing booth in the centre of the auditorium,- acoustic protection of the roof,- completion works – finishing of façades, finishing of interiors, floors, walls, ceilings, joinery and metalwork, installation of sanitary fixtures and fittings and fittings/armature,- the following installations are planned in the amphitheatre: installation of domestic hot water and circulation supplied from a ground-source heat pump, installation of…
