TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the construction of a complete building of an indoor sports swimming pool equipped with 8 swimming lanes each 25 m long, along with an additional separated shallow basin equipped with play equipment for children. The sports pool will be equipped with a movable bottom for two swimming lanes, separated by a movable bulkhead from the rest of the swimming pool area. The contract also includes the necessary remaining infrastructure of the pool building, in particular: sports, changing rooms, sanitary, communication, technical, technological, storage, social facilities, as well as changing rooms and pool facilities (level -1: basement, pool technology, technical and technological facilities, undersurface hall, rooms, installations and technical and technological equipment, social rooms, level 0: pool hall, sanitary part, changing rooms, entrance, sports, social part, level +1: technical part, administration, level +2: roof, renewable energy sources).
