TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of a sports field at Primary School No. 7 in Giżycko. 1. The subject of the contract is construction works entitled: Construction of a sports field at Primary School No. 7 in Giżycko, plot no. 1313, cadastral precinct 0002 Miasto Giżycko, urban municipality of Giżycko. 2. The scope of works includes in particular: a) demolition of the existing sports field surface; b) levelling and preparation of the area; c) construction of a basketball court; d) construction of two beach volleyball courts; e) reconstruction of lighting; f) reconstruction of drainage; g) construction of a relaxation and rest zone; h) reconstruction of fencing; i) construction of new and repair of existing pedestrian paths. In connection with the fact that the subject of the contract is intended for use by natural persons, the Contractor is required to meet all requirements regarding accessibility of communication routes for persons with disabilities in accordance with the requirements of the Act of 7 July 1994 – the Construction Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 524).
