Construction of social and office buildings and garage-workshop buildings together with technical infrastructure for the needs of the Communications and Roads Department of the District Office in Wschowa – Phase I 1. The subject of the investment is the construction of social and office buildings and garage-workshop buildings together with technical infrastructure for the needs of the Communications and Roads Department of the District Office in Wschowa – Phase I. The investment is located in Wschowa at Czeskiej Street, on the plot designated by the cadastral number ew. 2431/2, Wschowa cadastral district. As part of this undertaking, it is planned to: - demolish the existing utility building located at the boundary with Czeskiej Street, - install a social and office container with complete equipment including the water and sewage installation, a mechanical ventilation system with heat recovery (rekuperation), an electrical lighting and socket installation, a teletechnical and computer installation, a heating and domestic hot water (DHW) installation operating based on a ventilation heat pump.
