TENDER DESCRIPTION

“Construction of multi-family residential buildings in the Municipality of Lubawa” 4.1.1. The subject of the contract is the construction of a complex of two multi-family residential buildings together with technical infrastructure and site development, as well as the demolition of the existing non-residential building, plot area 0007 Kazanice, Municipality of Lubawa (locality: Kazanice), by means of the required finishing works of the premises and the planned green area. The purpose of the subject of the contract is to create 12 new residential units made in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the contract and the design documentation. The detailed description of the subject of the contract and the design documentation are provided in Annex No. 8, 8a and 8b.4.1.2. As part of this contract, the Contractor will be required to include in its pricing and carry out works, services and supplies resulting from the complete design documentation, in particular technical and execution designs, technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of construction works, and other documents constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ.
